FaxForADollar.com provides a one-time online fax sending service. You upload a document, provide a recipient fax number, pay a fee, and we transmit the document as a fax on your behalf. No account or subscription is required.
Prices are clearly displayed before payment:
— 1 to 10 pages: $1.00
— 11 to 25 pages: $1.99
— 26 to 50 pages: $2.99
— 51 to 100 pages: $4.99
All prices are in US dollars and include all fees. There are no hidden charges.
You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes. You must not use FaxForADollar.com to:
— Send spam, unsolicited advertising, or bulk faxes
— Transmit illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content
— Violate any applicable laws or regulations
— Infringe on any third party's rights or privacy
— Attempt to disrupt or damage our systems
You are solely responsible for the content of the documents you send. You confirm that you have the legal right to send the document and that it does not violate any laws. Alpha Leonis Production Studio LLC is not responsible for the content of transmitted faxes.
We make reasonable efforts to deliver your fax successfully. However we cannot guarantee delivery if the recipient's fax machine is unavailable, busy, turned off, or not accepting faxes. See our Refund Policy for details on failed delivery refunds.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By making a payment you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment information.
Your use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
Alpha Leonis Production Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service. Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
