When You Qualify for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

— Your fax failed to deliver due to a technical error on our end
— Your payment was processed but the fax was never sent
— You were charged incorrectly

When Refunds Do Not Apply

Refunds are not issued if:

— The recipient's fax machine was busy, turned off, or out of paper
— You entered an incorrect or invalid fax number
— The recipient's fax line does not accept incoming faxes
— The document you uploaded was unreadable or corrupted

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@faxforadollar.com within 24 hours of your transaction. Include your email address and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 1 business day and process any eligible refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
